We answer messages ourselves, usually within a few hours, in English, French or Arabic. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, and you are welcome to send a voice note if that is easier than typing.

What to include in your message

To send you a firm price first time, it helps to know your dates or approximate travel window, how many people are travelling and whether there are children, the name of your hotel or riad in Fez, the excursion or transfer you are interested in, and anything that would shape the day: dietary needs, limited mobility, a flight time to work around, or a particular interest such as photography, crafts or food.

What happens next

You will get a written reply confirming availability, exactly what is included, and the total for your group rather than a price per person you have to do arithmetic on. Nothing is paid online and nothing is charged when you enquire. If the trip is not right for your dates or your time, we will say so and suggest something that is.

No payment now. We confirm availability and the total price in writing first.

FAQ

Before you ask

Is the price per person?

Yes, every price shown is per person. When you send a request we reply with the full total for your group in writing, so there is nothing to work out yourself and nothing added later.

Are tours private or shared?

Private by default, which means the vehicle, the guide and the pace are yours alone. Small shared groups are available on request for most excursions if you would prefer a lower price.

Do I pay online?

No. There is no payment at any point when you enquire or book. You send a request, we confirm availability and your total in writing, and you pay as agreed once you are in Morocco.

Where does my excursion start?

At the door of your hotel or riad in Fez. If you are staying deep in the medina where cars cannot reach, your guide or driver meets you at the nearest gate and walks in to find you.

Which languages do your guides speak?

English, French and Arabic as standard, including Moroccan Darija and Amazigh. Spanish, German and Italian can usually be arranged if you ask in advance.

How far ahead should I book?

A few days is enough for most medina tours. For the Sahara, for groups of more than six, and for travel between March and May or September and November, a week or two is safer.

Can you adapt a tour for children, older travelers or limited mobility?

Yes, and we do it regularly. Camel rides can be replaced with a 4x4, walking routes can be shortened and flattened, and the pace is yours. Tell us what you need when you write.

What if my plans change or my flight is delayed?

Tell us as soon as you know. Because nothing is prepaid, changing a date is usually just a message. For airport pickups we track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing.

Do you arrange transfers and airport pickups too?

Yes, private transfers with your own driver in Fez, Marrakech, Casablanca and Tangier, plus long-distance routes such as Fez to Chefchaouen or Fez to Merzouga.

Are your guides licensed?

Yes. Our guides hold Moroccan guiding licences and our drivers carry the professional permits and insurance required to transport passengers legally.
