Private transfers

How our transfers work

Every transfer is a private vehicle for your group only, with a professional driver, air conditioning and a price agreed in writing before you travel. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no surprise at the end. Prices are per vehicle rather than per person, so a family of four pays the same as a couple in the same car.

Airport pickups

For arrivals we track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing and nobody leaves without you. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, helps with luggage, and takes you to the door of your hotel or, where the lanes are too narrow for a car, to the closest gate with help carrying your bags the rest of the way. That last part matters in the Fez medina, where no vehicle can reach most riads.

Long-distance routes

We also drive the long routes between cities: Fez to Chefchaouen, Fez to Merzouga for the Sahara, and the links to Marrakech, Casablanca and Tangier. On these we can add photo stops and short visits along the way at no extra charge, which turns a transfer into a private tour for the price of the drive. Tell us where you want to stop and we will build the timing around it.

Vehicles and groups

Sedans carry one to three passengers with luggage, minivans four to six, and we arrange minibuses and multiple vehicles for larger groups, weddings and tour parties. Child seats are available free of charge if you ask when booking. For any route not listed above, including one-way drops, multi-day drivers and airport transfers in other cities, send us the details and we will quote it.
